Alia is a junior associate in the corporate team of AlFahad and Partners, and has an experience in a wide range in commercial transactions such as establishing various types of entities for local and international clients. Alia enjoys an extensive experience in conducting legal researches, trademarks, preparing letters to the governmental agencies. Furthermore, Alia has a wide experience in litigation field such as writing pleadings and court hearing reports. In addition to Draft legal due diligence reports pertaining the initial public offering and Draft sale purchase agreements related to merger and acquisition transaction. Alia Kaziha joined our office in December 2014. Prior to joining our law firm. Ms. Alia worked as a trainee at Squire Sanders in association with Kulaif Al Enezzee Law firm for 7 months.
