Mr. Al Kadi is experienced in corporate and commercial transactions such as drafting legal due diligence report, drafting and amending contracts, registering trademarks, incorporating new companies of any kind and drafting all forms of the corporate documents. Mr. Al Kadi has substantial experience in representing many international and local clients before Saudi all courts as well as the experience in corresponding with governmental agencies such as Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of Labor, General Organization for Social Insurance, Saudi Standards Metrology and Quality Organization, Department of Zakat and Income taxes, etc.
